SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to ship every order within 2–3 business days, and we make every effort to meet that timeline. However, Lake Erie Trading Company LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, customs or embargos, or seasonal demand. Special or custom orders may require additional lead time. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee—please contact us for details.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As part of our reasonable Terms & Conditions, you hereby agree to notify Lake Erie Trading Company LLC of any shipment discrepancies (invoice overcharges, incorrect prices, incorrect items, damaged items, etc.) within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of the merchandise. All discrepancies determined to be the fault Lake Erie Trading Company LLC will be credited, or reshipped at our expense if damages or discrepancies total $50 or more. Any discrepancies beyond 5 BUSINESS DAYS will be approved or denied at the sole discretion of Lake Erie Trading Company LLC.
Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for full credit. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number - obtainable from your Sales Representative - in order to receive full credit or item replacement. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery.
